My Story

I was depressed,full of guilt and doubt,drinking heavily,aimless after being widowed for the second time,when I met a lady who was full of joy,laughter and peace. I had to find out her secret so I began to ask questions. She told me she was a Christian.

Although I had not been to church for some 50 years except for weddings and funerals, I decided to attend her church (once only) just to see what was going on there.

I asnwered the Altar call and was saved, since then I have been involved in church activites.

I also married this lady in Dec 2000, I have attended church ever since,and attended Bible School. We have managed several departments in the church. At present we run the Discovery Dep't which handles all the video,dvd,cd and cassette duplication and storage. My life has changed dramatically, I am now part of a fantastic family, the family of God, at Carmel Christian Centre, Bristol, UK.

Depression, guilt and fear do not exist any more and now I have a continual smile on my face, life is so good.

I thank God that I have found heaven.
